The agents plan, create, and improve your content. You see how each page performs.

They research the market, plan each page, write and review it, update live content, and measure what changed.

Find the right topics

Start with topics worth the work. Magnus studies your product, competitors, and search demand, then ranks the topics by business value with the reasoning attached.

Create the content

Research sets the article up. Your answers make it yours. Web research and your knowledge base build the outline and blueprint. Cedric then asks for the unique details the article still needs.

Everything gathered becomes an article shaped in your voice. The agents write the article autonomously from the research and input already gathered. Cedric reviews it end to end, then handles the final round of iteration with you.

One article can improve the rest of the site. A problem found during writing becomes a site-wide job, so the same outdated claim or missing detail does not stay on another page.

Refresh existing content

Pages worth fixing move from the audit into a full content refresh. The audit prioritizes the pages worth fixing. Lyra compares each one with the pages ranking above it and your business context, plans the refresh, makes the edits, and checks the work before it reaches you.

A launch or message change becomes page updates. Tell Lyra about a launch, changelog, or messaging change. She finds the affected pages and prepares the edits.

Measure and improve

See what happened after the page changed. Search Console shows weekly clicks and impressions, with each content change marked on the same trend.

Follow performance across Google, your site, and AI search. Google performance sits beside AI visibility and site signups, so discovery stays connected to business action.

The report turns results into the next action. Choose the report actions worth running. Lyra turns them into updates across the pages you send her.

RankUp saved me a lot of effort and time. It's very efficient! And it's much more thorough because before that I did everything manually and maybe I missed something. So yeah, it's very detailed, cost efficient, and it's time efficient. Everything combined together.

FAQs

RankUp is the agentic SEO & GEO workforce that handles your content end-to-end, from strategy to writing to continuous content improvement, using a team of specialized AI agents and your product and industry knowledge.
RankUp is for SaaS startups who want to rank on Google and get recommended by LLMs like ChatGPT, but don't know how to make that happen, or simply don't have the time to do it themselves.
RankUp works as a self-improving system with three interconnected parts:

1. Strategy: The agents learn your business, research the best keywords to target, and organize them into a topical map - a connected structure of related topic groups which need to be covered to become the authority in your niche. They then turn that data into a content plan - a prioritized list of exactly what to write and in what order.

2. Content Creation: The agents create content using your brand voice, product and industry knowledge - built for both traditional search and LLMs like ChatGPT and Perplexity, so you get found wherever your audience is searching.

3. Continuous Improvement: The agents monitor performance, audit your existing content for gaps and underperforming pieces, and automatically refresh what needs updating - while your agents keep learning more about your product and industry, getting sharper with every article written.

Each part feeds into the next - strategy informs content, content performance informs improvements, and improvements feed back into strategy.
Most content writing tools pump out articles by applying basic optimizations to copy that anyone could have written. But as search engines and LLMs get smarter, they're getting better at filtering out content that offers nothing original and rewarding content that does.

RankUp takes a different approach. Its agents are built to extract your unique product and industry knowledge at every step, combining it with deep topic research to create content that only you could have written - while following all the SEO and AI search optimization rules that make it rank and get cited by LLMs.
You absolutely can use ChatGPT or Claude or any other LLM you prefer to generate content. The limitation is not the tools themselves, but the lack of an end-to-end system around them.

Getting LLMs to recommend you, or getting Google to rank you, isn't just about publishing articles. If it were, everyone who published a blog would be winning.

The strategy behind it and the continuous improvement after it matter just as much, because you're competing against thousands of other sources trying to shape the same answers you want to show up in.

The problem is: ChatGPT and Claude hold the general information about SEO and GEO. They don't know what's right or wrong for your specific business.

The only way to find out is to create content, test different approaches, and collect data on what works - for months, if not years. SEO and GEO are long-term games, so there's a lot of upfront input before you have enough data to learn from.

And even once you know what works, you still can't just hand it off to an LLM. You have to systemize it into a repeatable process an AI can run without burning through tokens, sacrificing quality, or becoming one more thing on your plate to manage and fix.

If getting leads and customers as fast as possible isn't your priority, and you'd genuinely enjoy learning SEO inside out and building the system yourself, go for it! But if those results are the priority, that's exactly why we built RankUp, so you get them without the years of testing, learning, and building.
Click Get a Custom Plan, tell us briefly about your business, and book a 30-minute consultation call.

Beforehand, one of our SEO and GEO expert founders prepares a competitor analysis showing how much content your competitors create, audit, and update each month. On the call, they'll use it to help you decide how much you should create, audit, and update with RankUp to outcompete them.

Once your plan is set, you can onboard yourself to RankUp's platform and start using its agents right then and there!
You can get your first leads and/or customers with RankUp in as little as 30 days or even less, but the timeline depends on your content volume, publishing speed, consistency, update frequency, and strategy.

To get results as soon as possible:

• use Magnus, RankUp's strategist agent to create your content plan or get monthly SEO & GEO expert advisory,
• publish enough content to compete in your niche,
• publish it as soon as you can so it can start contributing to results sooner,
• stay consistent over time,
• and have RankUp audit and improve your content month-to-month.

This is exactly why we create a custom plan for each customer and prepare a competitor analysis report before the free consultation call. We look at what your competitors are doing, how much content they have, how often they publish, what topics they cover, and what it would take to outpace them.
Here's how SEO and GEO content creation drives revenue:

1. Rankings and impressions - First, your content needs to get indexed, start ranking, and begin showing up for relevant searches. Impressions can go up or down as Google tests your content across different queries and refines where it is most relevant. A drop is not always bad if you are losing irrelevant impressions while improving rankings, clicks, or conversions on the searches that actually matter.

2. AI citations - Once your content ranks and becomes discoverable, it has a better chance of being cited by AI search engines and LLMs. You do not always need to rank in the top 3, top 5, or even top 10, but if your content appears on the first or second page for relevant searches, it has a much stronger chance of being used as a source.

3. Traffic - As your rankings, impressions, and citations grow, they can turn into website traffic. However, because search is becoming more zero-click, traffic does not always grow at the same pace as visibility. Sometimes people get the answer directly in search or AI results before clicking through.

4. Brand mentions and recommendations - Being cited is different from being recommended. To get recommended for example as the "best ABC software for XYZ use case," your brand needs to become part of the consensus across the sources LLMs rely on. RankUp is specifically designed to accelerate this process by helping you systematically create, structure, and distribute content that increases your presence across the exact queries/searches that shape the LLMs consensus. By consistently publishing and updating the right content at scale, you increase both your direct visibility and the likelihood of being picked up, referenced, and reinforced across the broader ecosystem of sources that LLMs use to form recommendations.

5. Leads, signups, and customers - These are the end outcomes, but they do not always happen in a perfectly linear way. They can come from search traffic, AI citations, repeated brand mentions, or people seeing your company recommended across multiple sources before they decide to visit your site, book a call, or sign up.
We only need read-only access to your GSC account — we cannot modify any data. We only read data for the specific site you run the workflow for. This is also stated in Section 16 of our Terms of Service.
